This year we went to Croghan Recycling Centre
Tim and Jill taught us about recycling and we separated rubbish into different containers.
They showed us around the Community Garden.
We made pots out of old newspaper, filled them with compost and planted lettuce seeds in them.
Bill showed us their wormery, leaf trap and compost heap.
Then we went to Tullyboy Farm.
We saw lots of different animals and fed them. We also got to ride one of the horses.
We had a straw fight!!
